The short version
- This website gives general information. A price, schedule or project is only final once it's in a written proposal, order or contract.
- Estimates, calculators and preliminary designs are planning tools. Every wall still needs site-specific engineering.
- We make and supply Verti-Block. Unless we agree in writing to install it, your installer works for you under your own agreement with them.
- Washington law applies.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Natrix, including Natrix Precast and Natrix Materials, a Lindberg Pipe & Grade company ("Natrix," "we," "us" or "our"). They cover your use of this website (www.natrixprecast.com, including visits that reach it through natrixmaterials.com), its forms, calculators, downloads and design tools (together, the "Site").
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Information on this site
The Site is for general information about our products and services. Product specifications, block weights, wall heights, photos, service areas and other details are approximate, can change without notice, and may not reflect current availability or pricing.
Nothing on the Site creates a contract, a contractor-client relationship or a warranty. Those exist only when a separate written proposal, order, contract or invoice is accepted by both you and us.
3. Quotes, estimates & design tools
Any quote, bid, estimate, price range, schedule, take-off, 3D model or preliminary design we provide, whether through the Site, by email, by phone or in person, is preliminary. It may change based on things like:
- site conditions, access, soils, groundwater and drainage;
- engineering, permitting and inspection requirements;
- product availability, lead times and delivery scheduling;
- changes to scope, quantities or design;
- weather and other conditions outside our control.
A final price and schedule exist only in a written proposal, order or contract accepted by both parties.
Calculators and designs are planning tools, not engineering. Our concrete calculator gives an estimate only. You are responsible for confirming the quantity you order. Wall heights, capacity tables and preliminary designs shown or provided by us are general guidance. Every retaining wall must be designed for its specific site by a qualified, licensed engineer where required, and preliminary designs are not for construction until they are reviewed and stamped by a licensed professional engineer.
4. Verti-Block products & installation
Natrix Precast is a licensed manufacturer and supplier of Verti-Block retaining wall units. Verti-Block is a trademark of its respective owner and is used under license.
Unless Natrix or Lindberg Pipe & Grade agrees in writing to perform the installation, walls are installed by the contractor you hire, under your own agreement with that contractor. We may recommend experienced installers as a courtesy, but we are not responsible for the work, schedule or pricing of independent contractors.
Product warranties, delivery terms, payment terms and return or cancellation policies are only those stated in your written order, contract or invoice.
5. Concrete delivery & booking
Delivery requests made through our online booking page (provided by Square) or by phone are requests until Natrix confirms them. Delivery windows can change because of weather, site access, site readiness, traffic or equipment availability. Pricing, minimums, payment, cancellation and any wait-time charges are set by your confirmed order or invoice.
You are responsible for making sure the site is ready and safely accessible for our trucks, and for the forms, subgrade and finishing work at your pour.
6. Calls, emails & texts
When you submit a form or contact us, you agree that we may contact you by phone or email about your request. We will text you only if you opt in. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
7. Acceptable use
By using the Site, you agree that:
- the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you have the right to share any plans, photos or project details you send us;
- you will not use the Site for anything unlawful, harmful or fraudulent;
- you will not send spam, submit forms automatically, or try to overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems;
- you will not copy or scrape the Site's content for commercial use without our written permission.
8. Intellectual property
The Site's content, including text, photos, graphics, logos, design and layout, is owned by or licensed to Natrix and protected by intellectual property laws. Natrix, Natrix Precast and Natrix Materials names and logos are ours. Other trademarks, including Verti-Block, belong to their owners.
You may view and print pages, and download our brochure and resources, for your own personal use or for evaluating our products for a project. You may not otherwise copy, republish, modify or distribute Site content without our written permission.
9. Third-party sites & services
The Site links to services we don't control, such as Square, Google, verti-block.com and social media. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Site, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components. Any warranty for products or services comes only from your written agreement with us.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natrix and Lindberg Pipe & Grade, and their owners, employees and agents, are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including decisions you make about design, budgets, schedules or quantities based on Site content or tools. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the smallest amount the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under your written agreement with us or that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Natrix and Lindberg Pipe & Grade from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Clark County, Washington, unless the law requires otherwise.
14. Changes & general terms
We may update these Terms or change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted, with a new "Last updated" date. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
