Terms of Service — Natrix Precast

Effective Date: June 5, 2026

1. Services Provided

Natrix Precast supplies and installs Verti-Block precast retaining wall systems. The Site provides general information only and does not create a contractor-client relationship or binding obligation unless a separate written agreement is executed.

2. Quotes, Bids, and Estimates

Any quote or estimate provided is preliminary and may change based on site conditions, access constraints, soil conditions, engineering requirements, product availability, scope changes, weather, and other factors outside our control. A final price will be established only in a written proposal or contract approved by both parties.

3. User Representations

You represent that submitted information is accurate, you will not use the Site for unlawful purposes, and you have authority to submit project information.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, graphics, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to Natrix Precast. You may not reproduce or distribute content without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Site. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Vancouver, Washington.
